Would the Pacers be able to win this time around or did the Bulls keep their home streak going?
It was a thriller last night when the Bulls attempted to extend their home game winning streak to nine.
The Bulls were fast out of the gate securing a 54-44 lead by the end of the 1st half. When third quarter began the Pacers got things going how ever, it took them only 2 ½ minutes to overcome most of the deficit. In the fourth quarter Pacers where in front by as much as 7 pts. at one point.
In the final minute the Bulls trailed the Pacers by only 2 pts. but unfortunately Brian Scalabrine had a big miss on an open 3-pointer and the Pacers where able to secure the win 95-90.
Derrick Rose led the Bulls with 24 points. Ronnie Brewer had a great night too.
He had 20 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists – he was the Bulls top preformer.
The Bulls play one more home game against Milwaukee before they embark on nine straight away games, it’s a tough stretch for the injury-depleted Bulls!
Note: Luol Deng sat out the game with torn ligament in his left wrist and top sub Taj Gibson sat out for the third straight game with a sprain in his left angle.
